It is information on how to AVOID Being Scammed!
All of us own either a Home Computer or a cell-phone, or both. So, certainly someone has tried to ‘SCAM’ you. These attempts are not just limited to the elderly or home-bound. And they are getting better at it daily.
One of our Parishioners, John ‘G’, in conjunction with and sponsored by the Santa Rosa Police Department offers a presentation to various groups on how to identify and avoid such SCAMS. He has graciously agreed to provide us with a presentation on July 20th, staring at Noon. The presentation will only be 30 minutes with time for Q & A afterwards.
Please come and learn the warning signs and steps you can take to protect yourself from becoming a victim. No need to sign up beforehand. Just show up. I certainly will! Father Ron
