Dear Faith Formation Parents,
Welcome to a new year of Faith Formation Programs with Holy Spirit Church. We are very excited to continue growing in faith with your children and you. Please pick up registration forms in the back of church or in the office. This year we will continue several faith formation opportunities:
K-4 Whole Family Catechesis & YEAR 1 – First Communion Prep
- Wednesdays 4:30-6pm
- Classes begin October 1, 2025
- Taught by Jessica Coffey and Lynn Lankford
YEAR 2 – First Communion
- Wednesdays 4:30-6pm
- Classes begin October 1, 2025
- Taught by Jessica Coffey and Lynn Lankford
- Prerequisite is Year 1. This group starts out in K-5 Catechesis and will move to Lynn’s group in Wednesday.
Post Communion Catechesis & Older Student Elementary to 5th grade
- Wednesdays 4:30-6pm
- Classes begin October 1, 2025
- Taught by Liz Johnson and Mary Young
- This class is for students who have completed their 1st Communion and are not yet ready for Confirmation Prep
- AND for students who have NOT started their communion prep and are in 5th grade
First Year and Second Year Confirmation and Youth Group
- Wednesdays 6 pm-7:30 pm
- Begins October 1, 2025 with GAME NIGHT
- For ALL students 6th-12th grade, regardless of whether they are preparing for Confirmation or have already completed the Sacrament.
- 2nd Year Confirmation Prep will have an additional class halfway through the year.
- Taught by Matt Conley and Maggie Vera
Registration Fee is $50. Checks can be made out to Holy Spirit Church. Scholarships available. Feel free to pass this on to anyone who is interested in joining us for Faith Formation this year. If you have any questions, please email or call with any questions.
